I am a buy& hold investor in C+ & B class neighborhoods. I am currently focusing on smaller multi-family property’s but plan to scale up to larger multi’s soon. I currently have a 2/2.5 duplex in Valdosta, Ga & I am working on closing on another duplex (3/2). I am open to flipping a SFR or flipping it to myself & holding the property. I am working on my RE on the side but looking to scale my RE business. I have a F/T job as an Acquisitions Analyst for a national bank. I have been in finance industry for 18 years.
