I'm a real estate agent from Algona, Iowa. I have always been interested in real estate. I became an agent to learn as much as I can, have the inside connections to deals, and meet investors. Its been said on the podcast many times, when you tell someone you are in the real estate industry, they love talking about it. This is so true, and I have made numerous connections with people you would never think were investors and/or looking to invest. Tell everyone you know/have a conversation with, that you are in the real estate business!
