I am a Mechanical Engineer and currently don't have much real estate background except for reading books and listening to podcasts. My wife and I come from families that never had much to do with real estate but we are going to change that. We are looking to principally BRRR on small Multi-family for now and hope to move up to commercial in the future. Looking to quit my job as soon as possible and spend the rest of my life traveling the world with my wife and kids;)
