I am a young investor that plans to buy my first multi-family property in Omaha, NE within the next 6 months. I will move to Omaha in May 2021, and I plan to live in one unit of the property and rent out the rest. Property criteria: under $250M, rents at least 1% rule, multi-family or able to convert to multi-family. I am looking to find a real estate agent that can help me find this property and hopefully be a part of my team long term for all future purchases. While experience is beneficial, it is most important for me to find an agent that I can trust and that has intentions of forming a mutually beneficial professional relationship. Currently, I am finishing my undergraduate Finance degree. I have commercial lending underwriting experience.
