About myself
I own 2 mobile home parks in MA and 7 single family units in GA since starting in 2015. All are managed by property managers. My wife and I have lived in Denver since 2017 with a son born in 2019. MBA Babson ‘11 I’m actively seeking to generate $100k positive cash flow/ month via multi-family units or SFUs w/ apartments in Denver and/or Nashville. I love love podcasts.
