I have a small family. One young boy, my girlfriend and myself. We are living the central Oregon adventure, where nature is your neighbor. We enjoy camping and boating at many of the surrounding lakes. As well as dipping in to many of the local eateries for some quality food and craft brews. I, myself, enjoy hitting the slopes for a little slashing. Mt Bachelor might as well be in my backyard. I currently work full time in construction, and have for the last 5 years. I've done anything from turnovers on vacancy, to remodels, to new construction, and everything in between. I specialize in carpentry in the trades. Particularly framing. I love what I do, but have always dreamt of financial independence and freedom. I seek to pursue that through real estate. Part time at first then making the full time transition. My initial goal is to replace my earned income with passive income withing the next 5 years. Developing a substantial rental portfolio through continued education and relationship developement. No strategy is out of the question. Im constantly marketing for wholesale to grow capital, with the consideration of flipping to compliment capital growth. Saving my earned income along the way. Followed by the eventual first rental property. Continual growth, thereafter.
