I began my career in real estate by obtaining my A.A.S. in Residential Real Estate and be came licensed as a Texas Realtor in 2004. I became a certified property manager in 2006. Stepped away from being a Realtor in 2010 to focus on managing properties for for private investors. Began managing Airbnb properties in Denver, CO in 2017. Closed my first wholesale deal Sept. 1, 2019 in Denver. Became a landlord April 1, 2022.
