I am a husband and father. I love everything to do with Financial Planning and everything to do with Real Estate. I've been fortunate enough to buy, rehab and rent a couple of beautiful homes in the very expensive Greater Toronto Area in Ontario and have now branched down into the US. I love to read, play baseball and golf. I'd like to create enough net cash flow through rental properties so my wife can have the choice of walking away from her job (if she wants), by the time she hits 40 (2023, DEC). I love to travel, love wine, and am always looking to meet new people. I talk to people about their most important financial goals. I am hoping I can find some great people here and share both mine and theirs.
