I’d really like to get some multi family properties. I also want to try wholesaling since I’m so amazing with people I feel I could do it. I definitely want to flip too. I’m sick of working for money and want to make money work for me. I want to build long term wealth and also own cash flowing properties. I can and will do this but right now I desperately need a mentor. I know a ton from educating myself over the years and even was previously a realtor. BiggerPockets has really got my juices flowing again and I’m going to do any and everything I can to become a successful real estate investor.
