Brandon Rainwater

I started my working life painting houses across the region. Inside and out, huge mansions, tiny lake houses, and everything in-inbetween, we left each home more beautiful then when we came. I eventually started my own company and fell in love with real estate. I married my wife in 2007 and we have two amazing kids. After 2008 forced my business to a crawl, I hired in at one of the lakefront mills to support my young family. It was then I started my real estate education in earnest with a goal to quit the mill and return to making our region better ASAP. 12 years later and I still listen to many podcasts. I read tons of books and attend several webinars. I really am a real estate nerd! Most importantly, I will always continue to learn; not just because the scene is always changing and it’s important you be up to date, but because I love to. As mentioned, two of my passions in life are the customer experience and Real Estate. The first comes from being a business owner and knowing that repeat and referral business is paramount to success. This only happens when you exceed client expectation. The second comes from being involved in property trades most of my life, and truly loving what I do. Now I want to use my knowledge of the region, my passion for the customer experience, and my love for all things that make a house a home to help families of all types find exactly what they are looking for.
