Hello! I am an investor in Snohomish County, specifically City of Everett. I currently operate a mid-term rental in North Everett for travel nurses. We are mid construction project to turn the a house into a traveling profession rental house. Focusing on doors over properties and finding creative ways to build assets. I do most the work myself right now and very much enjoying this part of the process. I would love to meet other investors who have experience in short/mid-term rentals and are looking for more ways to use a property than to just rent the house. Also, would love to meet anyone who won't get annoyed that most of my conversations turn to real estate investing very quickly ;)
