I'm a technology professional currently working full time as a software consultant. Before that I was operating a digital marketing and software company I co-founded in Kansas City. I've done traditional types of investing and want to diversify and develop the cash flow that rental property can provide. I've been engrossed in all the reading and research, but now I'm ready to get the ball rolling. Right now I'm looking to: * Reach out and start meeting some fellow RE investors in KC * Identify a core group team members that come well recommended * Start analyzing properties on a regular basis *Have my first deal complete or at least in the works by the end of the year Although I'm just starting out in RE, I would be happy to answer questions or offer advice on technology, software, web development or digital marketing as it may pertain to RE.
