Brandt Arrigo

I work as an engineer at a large defense contractor in Brevard County and a Realtor. Having lived in various parts of the county, I am very familiar with the area. Doing my diligence by educating myself as much as possible on buy and holds - specifically short-term rentals. Currently have three under my belt and looking to acquire more. I also have my real estate license, so if you're looking for real estate opportunities in the Space Coast, lets connect!
