Brenda Flatter

Brenda Flatter is the Executive Director of National Sales at Meridian Title Corporation, a nationwide title and settlement services provider. She is a seasoned sales and business developer that has continually brought growth and revenue increases during her tenure at Meridian Title. Brenda’s extensive real estate knowledge comes from her successful real estate business in residential sales and investment properties. Her role is to develop new business and growth opportunities for MTC on a National level. Brenda is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service using her strong communication skills to express to her clients and prospects the benefits of MTC facilitating their Real Estate transactions. Her knowledge of and experience in both default and origination help her in understanding and working to meet the needs of her client base. Experience: She is celebrating 12 years with MTC, having started her career in the set up and development of the REO Department, the evolution into the Tax Lien Industry and building the need for the National Account Services. Brenda earned her B.A. at Indiana University-Bloomington in Speech Communications and a minor in Tele-Communications.
