Hi All, Relocating from Boston, MA to Austin, TX this June after accepting a job at Dell Technologies HQ in Round Rock, TX. Graduating from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.S. in management and finance this May. Experience: Two years experience as an agent, specializing in residential leasing. The university I attended did not have traditional on-campus housing at the time, so I capitalized on this opportunity by acquiring my license, and became the off-campus housing resource. I quickly rose to a top producing agent in my company, and developed many mutually beneficial relationships with landlords who own extensive portfolios. I now have experience with tenant placement, forced appreciation, building valuation, and leases. Seeking: Looking to develop a network of brokers, lenders, investors, and other real estate professionals in Texas, so I can hit the ground running! My goal is to purchase a 3-6 unit BRRR/house-hack in the greater Austin/Round Rock area by June 2020... the sooner the better! I love to talk real estate, analyze deals, and am super passionate about developing a large scale, buy and hold portfolio. Lets talk!
