I raise capital for a "Net Lease" (an asset class seldom discussed on BP, but worth looking into) REIT called Four Springs Capital Trust. We provide passive income to accredited investors and institutions looking for diversified income from real estate without any management responsibility. We also help 1031 exchangers find replacement properties. I'm a wannabe producer of Indie films and hope to acquire multifamily assets for my own account. Currently "househacking" in Jersey City.
