My family and I live in Raleigh, NC. We have lived here since 2007 and have seen it change a ton. I am investing in the Raleigh / Durham market focused on primarily a Multifamily buy and hold strategy. With a sales background I have found success in finding off market properties and the hustle of making something out of nothing.
