Brennan Harms

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2015 and went on to Santa Clara Law School in 2016. After my first year of law school, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in real estate. I moved back home to Newport Beach, California, where I opened a real estate firm in Corona del Mar. With zero real estate experience or knowledge of how to run a business, I began getting deals. My dad had his broker's license, so he brokered the firm while I was the sole agent. I am 28 years old now and just purchased my first house, as a primary residence, in Santa Monica, California. The primary focus of my business has been working with distressed properties and estate planning. By doing so, I have built a vast knowledge of the real estate sales process, estate planning, and legal trust work ranging from Probate, REOs, Trust Sales, etc. I have closed over $85,000,000.00+ in residential and commercial sales five years later. I am now setting my sights further than sales for clients and pursuing ownership myself as a long-term plan to create sustainable and passive income for myself and my family. I've come to BiggerPockets, as an avid fan and long-time listener. My goal here at BiggerPockets is to: 1. Learn from other members; 2. Understand the BiggerPockets forum and other tools; 3.
