About myself
I recently moved to Coeur d' Alene, ID from San Diego, CA. I have studied and thought about investing for a long time. Now I am in a community I am excited to invest in and start creating another revenue stream for my retirement. I think I will be most interested in SFR with apartment/studios on site and 2-4 units to start for long term buy and hold focused on cash flow through vacation rentals and long term tenants and also maybe exploring section 8 tenants. I am very near Spokane, WA and will be researching that area as well.
