Hey friends, I'm a real estate investor from Roseburg, OR. I like rentals, and currently have 11 units. My wife managed them for the first 5 years of us doing this, but over the past year and a half she became a real estate agent, got very busy with that, and passed the properties over to property management (which has been so great!) My mission is to help make broken things beautiful, whether it be a house, a community, or a life. My day job is working at Carrot, which makes websites for real estate investors and agents! My real estate goal is 30 units by age 35, so I've got 2 years to make it happen! Everyday is awesome, and I hope you feel the same way!
