My wife and I are in our early 30's and have 4 children. Myself (Brent) I am active duty military and plan on making it a career of at least 20 years. The plan is to make real estate investing our primary source of income post military. My wife and I want to have time with our kids that a 9 - 5 does not offer. To us, the time freedom is what is so enticing about real estate. We plan on focusing our efforts in the Hampton Roads, VA area. However we are open to other markets that military duties take me too.
