I am a real estate investor with almost 10 years of experience investing in single family homes and will soon be investing in multi-family properties also. I can't wait to expand my investment portfolio into many other places throughout the US and other countries in the near future! I plan to continue buying single family flip houses here in the midwest, buying more trailer parks here in the midwest and buying trailer parks in other locations. we currently own 3 trailer parks totaling 81 pads/lots in which many, well over 50% of the pads are empty. we are in the process of transforming these 3 parks into amazing properties by doing as much work as possible ourselves, just a 2 man team right now yet that will change very very soon when we start to hire, we already have an amazing 7 person team! -there are only 4 people on our investing team and that is My Brother, our 2 parents and myself, we do All of our own work. we also flipped a house in Salem and sold it and we still own 3 other flip houses that are on the back burner due to the trailer park explosion we were not ready for, lol..by the way..we started with almost no money just 28 months ago..still don't feel real and it won't to you either..we do work 7 days a week though, lol
