Residential home builder in Portland Oregon. Single family and multifamily Developer. I am Portland Native and passionate about this great city. Growing up in NE Portland, he developed a love for the various architectural styles that makeup the character of Portland. After buying my first house at 19, I worked hard to learn the ins and outs of construction, real estate investment and developing. Over the next ten years I continued to hone my skills in residential rehabs, 1-3 lot development projects and rental management. One of my favorite parts about this business is creating relationships and interacting with so many people from various professions and walks of life. Building on the years of experience and relationships built, I now focus predominately on new construction single family homes, subdivision development and most notably infill apartment projects. Some of these projects include a 14 unit modern apartment building in Sellwood, 44 residential units between two buildings in NE Portland, subdivision development in SE Portland and countless other single family homes in the various neighborhoods around Portland. As Portland continues to grow and change, I look forward to creating living spaces and communities for Portlanders to call home for many years to come.
