Hi everyone! My name is Brett and I live in the Denver metro area. I have 10 years in commercial construction from hospitals to multifamily as a project engineer, superintendent and corporate scheduler. Currently portfolio is 1 LTR and 2 STR's and looking to buy more STRs, eventually trying to get into small multifamily. I am pursuing a new career change in anything related to Real Estate that is 100% remote and am open to any suggestions.
