Brett Engelmann

I am relatively new to real estate investing. I am currently working on my second "live in remodel" although until I found Biggerpockets I did actually know that is what I was doing. After a lot of research I am really excited to take the next step and look into buy and hold and more fix and flip locations. I can't give enough praise to Bigger Pockets to help lay the groundwork and provide a template to get started in the industry!
