Hey BP friends! I'm new to REI and looking for my first deal, but I bought my first townhome in 2015, used equity from that sale to buy my primary residence and now again looking to use equity along with partnerships to dive into REI. I'm most interested in buy and hold, but would also love to work through some brrrr's and flips. I'm enthusiastic about networking and making great connections.
