I am a wife, a new momma and a real estate investor. Although I am new to the game, I hope to find and close on my first multifamily by the end of this year. My husband and I are looking to BRRR multifamilies in Chicago. I am researching and just really jumping all in at this point to learn as much as I can and to make the most out of the connections I make with other determined investors. REI has always been something I've wanted to do but thought I wasn't able to. Having my daughter 3 months ago helped me make the choice to jump in!
