Experience: I own a few rental properties in Connecticut. I also have a number of private equity real estate investments. I've also done a couple of flips. I'm a part-time real estate investor - my full-time job is working for a finance company managing institutional money in New York City. Real Estate Goals: Building my investment portfolio in Connecticut. I'm interested in single family, multi-family, college rentals and land. Looking to buy, rehab and hold for the long-term.
