Hello, I live outside of Ithaca NY and am looking to get involved with real estate. I am open to many possibilities including partnerships and/or mentorships. I have basic construction skills and have done a few remodels. I run a small business (not involved in real estate) and am looking both build passive income and possibly transition more into real estate and less of my current occupation. I am interested in both long term and short term Airbnb rentals. I also am interested in doing some house flipping. I am new to this so please feel free to reach out with any ideas or opportunities.
