I'm Brian and my wife is Amanda. We are a married couple living in the Central Valley of California and working in tech in The Bay Area. We are new to real estate investing but own a home in Boise, Idaho that we have renting out since 2017. We are interested in single family homes as turn-key or BRRRR investments in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Cleveland and Pittsburgh areas. We have a 3 year-old daughter and a son due in July.
