Brian Ennis

Brian Ennis is the president & founder of Ennis Builders & Relators, a California-based real estate company, and principal of BSE Trust. He is not only a seasoned homebuilder, land developer, home designer, real estate broker, property manager, but also a buy/hold investor of single family, multifamily, and commercial real estate. He is also a proud husband, father of 3, and grandfather of 5.  During his 32 years in the real estate industry, he has built over 4,000 homes, developed over 5,000 lots, over 1,000,000 s.f. of commercial space, and most recently a targeted focus on ADU and the development of multifamily units he is currently entitling. Brian’s real estate journey started in 1991 in his family business and grew from $1.5MM in revenues to 18 entities, $142MM in annual revenues, 130 employees, and a $70MM personal net worth until becoming a victim of the real estate crash in 2009. Brian and his wife Sandra rose from the ashes and started they’re current construction company and real estate brokerage in 2010. They are also Pistachio farmers on their ranch. Today their companies are focused on entitling master planned communities including single family, multi-family, and commercial product. They offer design/build of “for sale” entry level, move-up, and custom homes. They have both “in-house” architectural and real estate sales through their brokerage. As investors they are focused on development and the retention and renting of multi-family and commercial components, additions & ADU value adds. Brian and his wife operate in the Central Valley of California and welcome joint venture projects/partners.
