Brian Hester

Have been a Mechanical Engineer for the past 30 years and focused on running a Martial Arts School and Managing Real Estate. Married to a wonderful woman for 11 years now and live in Sunny Southern California. Love the sun and activity in Orange County and plan to stay for a long time. For the past 8 years I have been involved with Real Estate investing in the Southern California area. My main focus is Multi Unit Commercial Apartment buildings at this point. Up until now 4-10 Plex properties have been the goal but now ready to move into higher unit properties.
