Enjoy teach my kids and others how to be successful and to further develop retirement finances. Looking for financing to increase my velocity by putting more leverage to to work for me. Traditional bank loans require my rentals to be in my personal name and NOT in my buisness at time of the loan...which is a no no. Cheers!
