Moved to the Big Island in 2019 and have been working as a development manager. Experience: I have been involved in real estate for the last three years. During that time I've done five deals, One 2/2 Condo flip, One 2/1 Condo flip, One 4/5 Duplex flip, One 5/4 Single-family rental, One Raw/Vacant Land Flip. Real Estate Goals: Ultimately I'm looking to complete 2 yearly flips as well as purchase at least one buy-and-hold to generate capital growth and enough passive income to sustain myself through real estate investing.
