Brian LaPorte

Have been involved in multiple business and real estate ventures as more of a silent partner over the last several years. My kids were very young, and my wife and I had demanding jobs. Now we have more freedom and it's time to fully immerse ourselves into developing our real estate and rental income portfolio. We have experience running businesses and managing multi-unit properties and we're in the process of purchasing our first rental houses (2-4 units each). We'll be concentrating on the west side of Cleveland and some possible student housing opportunities. We also have experience rehabbing as we've gone through that process top to bottom with our last two primary residences. Very interested in providing advice and support in any way I can, especially if anyone has questions about the neighborhoods from downtown to the further west side.
