About myself
I was born & raised in sunny St George UT, after college, I decided to go get my real estate license. I was a traditional real estate agent for 5 years, flipping a hand full of homes in that 5 years also acquiring 5 rentals. In 08 when the market crashed I decided to make the jump to full time Real Estate Investor. Since the fall of 08 I have flipped over 300 homes in Utah & Oklahoma. 90% rehab 10% wholesale. I love fixing house and seeing the transformation. I am currently the President of the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association.
