I have successfully fixed/flipped/assigned over 250 properties since 2009. My company is getting into much larger transactions and am seeking funders that have the ability to fund either down payments or fund the entire deal to acquire. Our exits are very solid and the value to cost on the deal is what e bring to the table. Deals are creatively structured and procedures must be followed for us to acquire and successfully execute the exit. We have an opportunity right now that is literally 38% of value and exit is approximately near $600M, quick exit...seeking a partner that desires a stake or simple lender for the deal..100% financing. We currently own in excess of $5M in assets and have never had to collaterilaze them for real lenders; our deals we have access to stand by themselves.
