Brian Monga

I am an investor in the NJ/ NY metro area and am primarily interested in buy and hold of multi-family properties. I take an economically rigorous approach to my investing and prefer value-add deals in prime locations. The first property I bought was an owner-occupied multi-family and have also experimented with the short-term vacation rental business. My current focus in real estate is forming strategic partnerships and scaling my business of multi-family properties in commutable urban areas. I live in Manhattan and grew up in Northern NJ. I have a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, New Brunswick NJ, and am currently completing an MBA at Columbia Business School, in the city of NY. Outside of real estate investing I am a C-17 pilot in the New York Air National Guard as well as a pilot for a major airline.
