Rental Property Investor
Experience: 22 years as Marine. 10 years experience as a landlord. Currently own 6 Single family rental properties. I've completed 4 Brrrr's and one flip since April of 2017. Real Estate Goals: Near term goals are 7 rental by end of 2022, 10 by end of 2025. Ultimate goal is 10 properties owned free and clear before retirement in 2033. Currently Seeking: Currently looking for a SFH or a 1 to 4 unit in the Carteret/Craven County area. Also seeking partnership opportunities and private money lenders.
