Brian Piccirilli

Hi, my name Brian and I am a W2 employee in Wilmington, NC. I love my career in the healthcare industry, and am pursuing real estate investing as an alternative way to expedite retirement, while allowing me to be hands on with my investments. My why for becoming a real estate investor is to spend more time with my family, retire early from my W2, and travel. After listening to over 100 BP podcasts, reading several books including Set for Life, I know my path begins with house hacking. I am in the market for a triplex that will allow me to live for free while learning how to be a landlord. I'm excited for my journey, and look forward to the challenges ahead!
