Buy and hold invest in the greater Charlotte area. I predominantly focus on the lake Norman, Kannnapolis, Concord and North Charlotte areas. Looking to be involved in more fix and flip as well as buy and hold opportunities in the area. Currently have 12 doors in my portfolio and always looking for the next deal!
