I am a new investor currently on the track of gaining the education I need to dive into my first investment property. My plan is to pick up a few SFH to build my rental portfolio. I grew up around the building industry with my grandfather and father being a big part of subdividing and building in Boise area. I can't wait to get to meet some other like minded people in the area!!
