I came from a background of 8 years in corporate finance and accounting where I provided assistance to Senior Executives and Board of Directors on key decisions. Graduate of the University of Houston (Go Coogs!), I've been in the real estate business for 5+ years flipping houses, holding cash-flowing property, and analyzing multiple house renovations and hundreds of comparable market analysis. I've currently switch gears into funding private loans as a Private Mortgage Investor to attain passive income. In late 2016, I was laid off due to poor oil and gas market conditions. With my wife pregnant and maternity leave planned, I was determined to create a stable life that would provide free time and financial stability for my new family. Now, I'm using that same determination to educate my family, friends, and working professionals about alternative investment opportunities within real estate. The education focuses on Private Mortgage Investing, which I believe provides better stability, security, and returns with privately held assets than that of stocks, mutual funds, savings, and CDs. I've already helped multiple people obtain passive income (mailbox money) within real estate that beat traditional savings, CDs, and bonds' returns and provides more security than the uncertain and unpredictable stock market. With a team of licensed attorneys, realtors, and investors, I hope to create better communities in the Greater Houston Area by working with Real Estate Investors and Developers to rehabilitate distressed homes and provide financing to those unable to receive bank approval.
