Brian Williams is an accredited multifamily real estate investor and experienced operational leader. He has nearly two decades of experience leading high stakes and complex departmental change management for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Northwood University. Brian’s experience in team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration gives him a unique perspective and the sharpened skill set necessary for vetting sponsors to identify superior investment opportunities. He has invested in several multifamily syndications as a limited partner, totaling 696 units, and has established relationships with more than 50 syndicators/sponsors. He is constantly looking for opportunities to increase his real estate investment portfolio. Brian believes the true joy in life comes from giving back and as such, he finds purpose in providing as much value to others as he can. He loves nature and finds ways to spend as much time outdoors – hiking, boating, fishing, or just simply appreciating the beauty of life. He is also an amateur craft brewer, and enjoys visiting breweries from coast to coast in search of the perfect IPA. Brian currently resides with his wife and two children in Far North Fort Worth, Texas.
