Brian Baker

I currently volunteer as the Vice President (previously the Treasurer for 2-terms) for Central Florida Realty Investors Association (http://www.CFRI.net) in Orlando, the nation's largest non-profit real estate investment education group. My wife volunteers as the Lake County Chapter Group Leader for the same organization and she's a Realtor with Keller-Williams Classic III in Clermont, FL. I am a Founder and Managing Member of two successful investor service companies. The first is 10BillonLeads.com, which manages and creates online advertising via Google and Facebook for real estate investors and entrepreneurs. The second is 10BillionCash.com, which provides cash credit line funding sources for investors and entrepreneurs at low interest rates. I am also grateful to be a Co-Founder of a prosperous residential investment holdings company, as well as a budding residential property management company.
