About myself
I am looking into flipping houses in the south and east areas of downtown (South Side, Woodlawn, Norwood, Avondale, Irondale, Crestwood and Crestline 35212, 35205 & 35222). I also have good connections in Columbus, GA. I want to get into flipping but also buy and hold. Closed on my personal home in March 2019 in Crestwood North (Birmingham, AL) a 3/1 paid 70-75% current ARV. A fixer upper to flip in the future.
