Bridges Young

I am in my early 20s, currently working as a mechanical engineer. I have lived in SC all my life, I am looking to start a development company with my partner of which is a civil engineer. Together we have analysis many properties throughout the state of South Carolina and have learned how to navigate county's GIS maps and zoning regulations. I want to learn, invest, and create a life changing business for me and others. I am looking for a mentor, investor, or anyone that could help me start this journey. I have many connections with county government throughout the state. If anyone is interested please reach out! Furthermore if there is an individual that has land and wants to add value while partnering with me please contact me!
