4/3/15 Hi, I'm new. I've been teaching ESL in Japan for the past 10 years and I'm moving back to California 5/30/15, essentially beginning a new life. I plan on getting my feet on the ground by beginning a career in Banking. I've been curious about real estate investing and in the past few months have taken a more serious attitude towards it, and am trying to learn as much as I can about it. I'm reading everyday, listening to the Bigger Pockets pod cast, and I'd like to participate on this site. Though I have no experience and really know nothing, I've done enough research and homework to get me to ledge where I feel like I'm ready to take the leap.
