I have lived in the great state of Utah all my life and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. I have been a landlord on my properties for about 4 years now and see the big potential here. I did flip my first propety using hard money in the summer of 2016 and made a fantastic profit but in the end, i regret not holding on to it for long term. My wife is a real estate agent here and we make a great team.
