Hi my name is Britney, I just moved to Houston in august and I’m new to the area. I need to connect with property managers that know the area well and can give me insights on a couple of properties I am looking to buy. The property I purchased would solely be used for an investment property. So I need to make sure that I am making the right decision. I am stuck between two properties. zip codes : 77020 & 77078 -The 77078 is kinda far out from everything but very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. And a brand new construction. The 77020 is close to everything in the heart of houston. Built in the 1930s but renovated in 2018. -I need to work with and hire a property manager that can help me manage one of these properties Before and closing.
